Nascido em 2000, na Turquia, Yiğit é um chef apaixonado que iniciou a seu percurso na Culinary Arts Academy em Istambul. Trabalhou em vários restaurantes na Turquia e em Portugal e ganhou uma valiosa experiência e ganhou experiência valiosa no prestigiado restaurante Quique Dacosta (três estrelas Michelin, Espanha).Com uma paixão por comida mediterrânea e construir uma ponte entre sabores orientais e ocidentais.

Chef Yiğit Bozca

Born in 2000 in Turkey, Yiğit is a passionate chef who began his path in the Culinary Arts Academy in Istanbul. Since 2019 he has worked in various restaurantes in Turkey and Portugal and gained valuable experience at the prestigious Quique Dacosta restaurant (three Michelin stars, Spain). With a passion for Mediterranean food and building a bridge between eastern and western flavours.
